What’s my favorite thing about myself?
Easy: my tenacity. The sheer, stubborn, soul-fueled, battle-tested refusal to quit.
I’m the kind of woman who’ll get knocked down twelve times and come back thirteen with better lashes and a stronger password. I have a good heart—I fight for what’s right—and I never back down from what I know I deserve.
Just ask my ex.
He spent two decades trying to grind me into dust. Took his best shots—emotional wrecking ball, financial sabotage, full-on psychological warfare. And yet here I am, still bobbing up like a life buoy every single time. A little waterlogged, maybe. But glowing. Sparkling. Floating. Refusing to sink.
Even today—today—was another chapter in the Tenacity Files. I had to claw my own website back from a hijacked admin account. I didn’t plan for it. I didn’t want it. But I handled it. (See my next post here for today’s battle—one anyone who runs a website should read.)
Because that’s what I do.
I don’t quit.
I re-log.
I reset.
I reclaim.
So when someone asks me what I love most about myself?
It’s that I’m not here to break—I’m here to bend, to rebuild, to RISE.
Even when the inbox is messy, the plugins are glitching, or the exes are lurking—I’m still here.
Still Voguegenics.
Still mine.
Tenacity is my favorite trait—but serving glam resilience while doing it? That’s the Voguegenics way.
