Oh, you mean besides dramatically sighing when my favorite latte spot is out of oat milk? Let me tell you, my workout routine is… unique.

Power Lunges to the Refrigerator: Is it a HIIT workout or just me remembering I left the butter out? Who knows, but my quads are thriving.

Yoga Stretches While Untangling Chargers: They don’t call it “Downward Charging Dog” for nothing.

Speed Walking Through Target: Nothing activates the glutes like hunting for a deal in the home decor aisle. (Bonus points if you’re dodging toddlers with sticky hands.)

Resistance Training with Dogs: Attempting to move a napping canine off my lap should qualify as an Olympic event.

Chair Calisthenics While Watching TV: AKA flailing your arms to skip intros on streaming services because the remote is just out of reach.

The Grocery Bag Deadlift: Why make two trips from the car when you can haul 12 bags on each arm and channel your inner Hulk?

Hide-and-Seek with Socks: That moment of squatting down and stretching to retrieve the missing sock under the couch is a workout and a journey of self-discovery.

Treadmill of Avoidance: Speed walking away from conversations with neighbors who always overshare.

Dramatic Interpretive Dance: This happens exclusively in the kitchen while waiting for my toast to pop up. Pro tip: Add a spin for extra core engagement.

But seriously, I do love a brisk walk in nature to clear my head or a dance cardio session in my living room—because nothing says “fit and fabulous” like grooving to 80’s hits in fuzzy socks. Exercise doesn’t have to be boring or intimidating. Find what makes you laugh and move at the same time. It’s called joy—and trust me, it burns calories.
