- Reflect and journal: What are you ready to release?
- Read what you wrote aloud, then safely burn or destroy the paper.
- Drink your water mindfully, visualizing a new chapter beginning.
- Close by writing three words to describe the energy you want to welcome in.

🌕 Full Moon Release Ritual
The Theme: Acknowledgment & Letting Go.
What You’ll Need:
- Pen and paper
- A bowl of salt water
- A stone or crystal (amethyst, moonstone, or obsidian)
The Ritual:
- Write down one burden, one regret, and one belief you’re ready to release.
- Read each aloud and place the paper in the salt water bowl.
- Hold your stone in your palm and breathe deeply for 2 minutes.
- Say aloud: “I release this weight. I choose clarity.”
- Safely discard the paper and water.
