If you had asked me this question ten years ago, I probably would’ve answered with something like, “Survive large-scale discovery production and court filings without crying in the office bathroom.” (Paralegals, you get it.) But ask me now, and the plan has evolved—espresso-fueled and meticulously color-coded.
My career plan isn’t a straight line; it’s more like a constellation—sparkling points of passion connected by grit, timing, and the occasional meltdown over Wi-Fi issues. I’m not chasing corner offices anymore. I’m building something better: a legacy of empowerment, creativity, and unapologetic reinvention.
I plan to grow Voguegenics into a household name—not the dusty, MLM-style version of “brand building,” but the kind that makes people feel something. I’m talking curated content, elevated self-care, courses, journals, digital products, and podcast episodes that crack open the soul while still being fabulous. I want to help people glow from the inside out and laugh while they’re doing it.

There’s also V’Empower—my coaching extension—and V’Luma, our guided meditation series. And let’s not forget Gen V, the podcast that’s already lifting the veil on what a real glow-up looks like. My plan is to nurture each of these like my three children (and yes, I already have three human ones), knowing that they each serve a different but connected purpose.
So in short? My career plan is a latte in one hand, a planner in the other, and a digital empire under my wing. And if the plan shifts tomorrow, so be it—because I’m not afraid to pivot, rebrand, or launch something new if it serves the bigger picture: empowering others while staying fiercely true to myself.
Because around here, we don’t follow paths. We make them—and we do it in heels. Or slippers. It’s a vibe either way.
