Say—out loud—something calming.
“I’m safe right now.”
“This moment is mine.”
“My energy belongs to me.”
Your body listens when you speak.
🔻 Step 4: Ground Through Pressure
Weighted blankets, hand-on-heart, a gentle body sway—anything that tells your nervous system, “I’ve got you.”
