Welcome to the 7-Day Clear Your Mind Challenge!

Feeling overwhelmed? Too many thoughts swirling around in your head? This 7-day challenge is designed to help you declutter your mind, eliminate mental overload, and create space for clarity and focus. Each day, you’ll take a small but powerful action to clear mental clutter and reset your thoughts. Let’s begin!

🖤 Day 1: The Mental Reset

Theme: Release overwhelming thoughts.
Action: Do a brain dump. Take a piece of paper and write down every single thought, worry, or to-do list item floating in your mind. Don’t organize it—just get it out. This helps offload mental clutter and makes space for focus.

🖤 Day 2: Move Decisions to Autopilot

Theme: Free up your mental energy from small, repetitive decisions.
Action: Identify three daily decisions that drain your energy (e.g., what to wear, eat, or when to exercise). Set up a system—like a go-to outfit formula, a meal rotation, or a scheduled routine—to eliminate overthinking.

🖤 Day 3: Cut the Mental Tabs

Theme: Close the loops on unfinished thoughts and tasks.
Action: Your brain holds on to unresolved tasks. List the top five things that have been on your mind, and either:
✅ Complete one right now.
✅ Delete one that no longer serves you.
✅ Schedule the others for later so your brain can let them go.

🖤 Day 4: The Two-Minute Rule

Theme: Small, undone tasks take up too much space in your brain.
Action: Apply the two-minute rule—if a task takes less than two minutes to complete, do it right now. This could be answering an email, making a quick call, or tidying up. Watch how quickly this lifts mental weight!

🖤 Day 5: The Morning & Evening Ritual

Theme: Start and end your day with mental clarity, not chaos.
Action: Design a simple 5-minute ritual to begin and end your day. This could include journaling, deep breathing, setting an intention for the day, or writing down three things you’re grateful for. A structured start and finish prevents mental overload.

🖤 Day 6: Digital Detox for Mental Space

Theme: Too much digital noise clutters your mind.
Action: Take a half-day break from social media OR declutter your phone by removing unnecessary apps and notifications. Your mind will thank you for the quiet space.

🖤 Day 7: The Reflection Day

Theme: Look back and plan forward.
Action: Journal about your experience. What worked for you? What surprised you? Identify one new habit you want to keep moving forward.

Dorey Duncan Scott Senior Litigation Paralegal
Hi! I’m Dorey Duncan Scott, a mother of three, wife and fashion entrepreneur. I started my career in fashion back in the early 90’s when I did print, still and runway modeling. I studied Fashion Merchandising, Music Business and Marketing, while also obtaining certificates in such industry-necessary areas such as make-up, styling and runway choreography. In addition, I had work as a spokesmodel for several brands, appearing in print and in person. As a former model, turned senior litigation paralegal, artist manager and on-air personality with a passion for fashion, beauty, and personal development, I bring a unique combination of style, strategic thinking, and legal expertise to my work. My years navigating the legal world have sharpened my attention to detail, while my experience and passion for fashion, beauty, and personal development drives my desire to help others feel empowered and help them in their journey toward self-empowerment. My experience in the fashion world has taught me the power of confidence.
