  • 2 tbsp ground oats finely blended or colloidal
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp plain yogurt (optional for extra soothing + lactic acid boost)
  • drops chamomile or lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the oats and honey until a thick paste forms.
    2 tbsp ground oats, 1 tbsp raw honey
  • Stir in the yogurt and essential oil if using.
    1 tsp plain yogurt, drops chamomile or lavender essential oil
  • Apply to clean, dry face in a smooth layer.
  • Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
  • Rinse off gently with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • Follow with your favorite moisturizer or facial oil.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
    1/4 cup used coffee grounds, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or a drop of peppermint essential oil
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes so the sugar softens slightly.
