Reduces redness, boosts radiance—and yes, smells like breakfast. This gentle DIY mask is perfect for calming irritated or sensitive skin while adding moisture and glow.
Blender or food processor (if not using pre-ground oats)
Ingredients
2tbspground oatsfinely blended or colloidal
1tbspraw honey
1tspplain yogurt(optional for extra soothing + lactic acid boost)
dropschamomile or lavender essential oil(optional)

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the oats and honey until a thick paste forms.
2 tbsp ground oats, 1 tbsp raw honey
Stir in the yogurt and essential oil if using.
1 tsp plain yogurt, drops chamomile or lavender essential oil
Apply to clean, dry face in a smooth layer.
Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
Rinse off gently with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer or facial oil.
