Instructions
For Pie
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice
Pour mixture into pie crust
For Crumble Topping
Combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon
Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples
Bake for 1 hour or until apples are tender and the topping is golden brown
Let cool before serving
