For Cookies
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 eggs large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until dough forms
Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Roll dough into balls
Then roll each in powdered sugar
Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
Cool on a wire rack
