Voguegenics Rudolph's Red Velvet Cookies on a Holiday-Themed Platter

Rudolph’s Red Velvet Cookies

Dorey Duncan Scott
These vibrant red cookies are as festive as Rudolph’s shiny nose and just as delightful. Made with a simple red velvet cake mix, they’re soft, chewy, and studded with creamy white chocolate chips. Add a red candy on top for a whimsical Rudolph nose, and you’ve got a holiday treat that’s almost too cute to eat—almost.

  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Optional: Add a red candy (like an M&M) on top of each cookie to give Rudolph his signature nose!

Notes

Tips for Success

  • For extra holiday flair, mix in red and green sprinkles or drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled cookies.

  • These cookies freeze well! Just store them in an airtight container for up to three months.

  • Keep an eye on the baking time—red velvet cookies can overbake quickly and lose their chewy texture.
