Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
4 tbsp unsalted butter,
5 garlic cloves,
1/2 cup chicken broth,
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
1 tsp Italian seasoning,
1/2 tsp paprika
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on
low
for 4–6 hours or
high
for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Optional: For a thicker sauce, whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Stir into the slow cooker during the last 15 minutes.
